Environmental Testing
Being able to perform a variety of environmental tests in-house affords Totex the ability to do impromptu testing and quickly validate designs at any stage in the design process. It also allows us to respond quickly to customer requests and simulate the harshest environmental conditions to ensure that the device is ready for use in the field.
For instance, when pushing for a lightweight, thin-walled design, the ability to quickly perform drop testing with water leakage tests without having to schedule time at a lab can save considerable time. This makes for an efficient mechanical design process and provides our customer with confidence in the robustness of the design.
